1 General Terms and Applicability

jaya baje is an online gaming and sports betting platform that serves users in Bangladesh in both Bengali and English. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jaya baje website, mobile app, and all related services.

2 Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

3 Age and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to become a member and use services on jaya baje:

• Must provide accurate and truthful information when opening an account
• Must participate on the platform voluntarily and knowingly
• Must be legally capable of receiving this service under the applicable laws of Bangladesh

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your jaya baje account login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. The user is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on jaya baje are fully secure and are processed through popular mobile wallets and banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposits

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted and funds may not be returned in such cases

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit

5.3 Forfeiture

If it is established that a user is involved in fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, jaya baje reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance and notify the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jaya baje offers various promotional offers that can be claimed subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means agreeing to the associated wagering requirements.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and wagering of ৳12,000 (৳1,200 × 10) is required.

6.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

jaya baje offers a weekly jaya baje Festival Bonus for regular members — a 50% bonus on one qualifying deposit per week, up to a maximum of ৳10,000 (15x wagering). In addition, the Monday Reload Joy Bonus gives a 25% bonus on deposits made every Monday, up to a maximum of ৳4,000 (10x wagering).

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus cannot be claimed as cash under any circumstances — it is not free money
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• jaya baje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to participation in slots, live casino, sports betting, and other game categories on jaya baje.

7.1 Fair Play

All games are operated using third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game is completely independent and does not depend on previous rounds.

7.2 Technical Issues

If any round is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, server error, or other technical reason, jaya baje will resolve it in accordance with its established policies. In the event of a technical error, the platform's records will be considered final.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

The maximum winnings per single bet in various games may be set and will be stated in the game rules. Any amount exceeding the set limit is not payable.

7.4 Sports Betting

Odds offered in cricket, football, and other sports markets are subject to change. If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, that market will be voided and the bet amount will be refunded. jaya baje reserves the right to cancel or suspend any event market that is affected by match-fixing or misconduct allegations.

8 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

• Playing games or placing bets through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Sharing or selling account login details with or to a third party
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Operating multiple accounts under the same or a different identity
• Money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Harassing or deceiving other users

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 jaya baje's Rights

jaya baje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly on suspicion of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

9.2 User's Rights

You may close your account at any time of your own choosing. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any pending bonus amounts will be forfeited. In the case of self-exclusion, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period has elapsed.

10 Personal Data and Privacy

jaya baje places the highest priority on protecting users' personal data. Information provided at registration is used solely for the purpose of delivering services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations.
